A structured approach to successful collaboration and project delivery
My approach to a successful collaboration is to begin with a discovery of the present state of your project, problem, or demand, then scope out the engagement where I can add value and plan the implementation appropriately.
I consider adequate communication to be a critical component of success. As a result, I propose the following phases as a cycle of our collaboration:
Remote Sessions
Begin remote session(s) for scoping and planning. We'll explore your project's current state, identify challenges, and define clear objectives for our collaboration.
Trial Assessment
An assignment for me to serve as a trial assessment for both parties to see whether we are a good match to work together effectively.
Delivery
Delivery of the work with consistent communication, regular updates, and adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.
Evaluation
Evaluation of outcomes and results together, gathering feedback and ensuring all objectives have been met to your satisfaction.
Repeat Cycle
Repeat the cycle for further work objectives (if any), building on our established collaboration and continuous improvement.
